We Are Reveal
Reveal worship nights were birthed in the hearts of a group of female worship leaders from Lexington KY. God's desire is real for women. When women encounter the love of Jesus, they are forever changed.
In worship, Jesus reveals Himself to us and we reveal our hearts to Him. This dance is a beautiful exchange... the greatest love story ever told. Our personal stories are powerful and reveal the rescue and love of our God. Our stories call us back to the feet of Jesus. It is our desire that we meet in unity, and allow Him to release us from the past, release us to express our hearts to Him, and restore us to wholeness. We recognize the move of God to free and empower women to reign with Jesus.
Reveal worship nights will be a time of Holy Spirit led praise and worship with women coming together sharing stories of healing and freedom. Join us as God is glorified and hearts are set free by the love of our King. There's power in worship...and there's power in your story.
"All of us reflecting the glory of the Lord with uncovered faces..." 2 Corinthians 3:18.

I love worship. I love my family. And I love Jesus! There is something so beautiful that happens when we can come together in true unity and vulnerability. In Reveal, we have seen our hearts come alive in the truth that we are not alone. We were created for more! Several years ago, God awakened my heart for women. He was very clear with me that women have been trashed. Throughout history, and our world today, women’s identities have been attacked. They rarely see who they are truly meant to be. The truth is that women have a role in the Kingdom of God! They are his treasure. My passion is to partner with the Lord to see women come out of hiding, pain, and fear to see who God made them to be. God loves women and wants to see them FREE!
I was created to worship. I am called to instill an atmosphere of the habitation of His presence by singing what I see and hear and adoring Him. I Iong for songwriting and raw God moments where nothing else matters and I am free to gather those who want to come along. My favorite is to sing about how mighty God is and to declare His greatness. Jesus made me a spiritual well digger. Every time we gather I love to dig a little bit deeper. Reveal was formed at a time in my life when I needed strong community to surround me and walk with me through a healing process. This group of women has taught me what Grace really looks like.

Some years ago when I had fallen into a painfully broken place, the LORD moved into my life in a way that rocked me to the core. During that season, He turned my life upside down and dramatically transformed the way I live and the way that I think. I discovered, Jesus is ALIVE! All these years later, I want to shout it from the rooftops into the world and whisper it gently into the ears of the most broken souls. The revelation of Christ IN us, the hope of glory sets the captive free. He brings beauty from the biggest ash heaps and light into the deepest, darkest places. My passion is that we as the bride of Christ usher the transforming truth into every sector of society. From the ones stuck in the dark pit of drugs, pornography & prostitution, to the children orphaned, abused & barely surviving alone in the streets, to the ones wearing their "I'm somebody" masks that appear to have it all in our society but inside are spiritually bankrupt. I cannot say it enough! Jesus is ALIVE!
I am excited about supporting worship leaders on the front lines, knowing God and learning to hear His voice. I'm so grateful for the family-tribe I've found in Reveal. No more playing church, time to do what He does and say what He says. I live in Wilmore with my husband Jonathan and work for AdventureServe Ministries.
I am passionate about expressing worship through visual art and inviting others to have an experience with God through paintings. Being a part of Reveal has been a life changing experience for me. Being the blue -haired/Jesus Freak/artist/doula that I am, I can sometimes feel isolated being so different from others and it's hard to find a place to express myself in the Body of Christ. Reveal has been incredibly empowering as I have found a place with other believers, sisters in Christ, who are all so different, yet trust Jesus in each other. I don't feel like I have to be someone else or force another into my box. I feel released and empowered to love on people and pursue the continued manifestation of the Holy Spirit's work in my life, all the while supported and loved on.

I love Jesus! My heart's cry is simply to know Him and be known by Him. I was created to worship. I have a passion to release the Song of the Lord and to champion the next generation of worshippers. My heart is also passionate about seeing childlike innocence restored in the hearts of women who have suffered sexual abuse. Being a victim myself for many years, I understand the shame and hopelessness one feels. There is hope and freedom in Jesus! I love the women of Reveal. They are authentic. Women who are done playing church and pretending to have it all together. Women who are fierce about their love for Jesus and others. I am blessed beyond measure to count them as my tribe. Elizabeth lives in Lancaster with her husband Joseph and their son Matthew.
"To worship you I live. I live to worship you." Julie desires to honor Jesus with her whole heart and live a lifestyle of worship by enjoying His nearness in every moment. Whether teaching music lessons, working as a nurse at the children's hospital, being a mommy of two, a wife, cooking, cleaning, warring in her prayer closet, worshipping or doing ministry she wants it all to be unto the Lord. Reveal has been a safe place for Julie to share the deep places in her heart with other women who are also going after God with all they are. It has been healing to share life's joys and heartaches with other women who will fight for you in prayer and pick you up when you're down. To worship God alongside people you know, the good, the bad and the ugly, is a blessing and an honor.
Julie attends church at Southern Acres in Lexington Ky.
